Requirements:
- Lived experience, completion of state approved training and exam, references
- Identify as having lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges and has been in successful recovery, a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential, for at least one year.
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Utah mailing address
- Successful completion of a 40-hour training program
Continuing Education Requirements:
- 20 hours CEU’s every 2 years
