Wrap Trainings from Holding the Hope & The National Peer Support Training Center.

Why certify staff ?
Being certified in WRAP Seminar 1 offers significant benefits for both you and your staff because it equips you with practical, evidence-based tools to promote wellness and recovery—both personally and professionally. Here’s why it matters:
Organizations benefit greatly from sending employees to WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) training because it equips staff with practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and maintain mental well-being. This proactive approach fosters a healthier workplace culture, reduces burnout, and enhances productivity by empowering individuals to recognize early warning signs and implement personalized wellness strategies. Additionally, WRAP training promotes open communication and mutual support, which strengthens team cohesion and improves overall morale—ultimately leading to better organizational performance and reduced absenteeism.
