Indiana
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have personal lived experience of recovery from a mental health condition, substance use or problem gambling and/or
- Have personal lived experience assisting a family member with a mental health condition, substance use or problem gambling
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent*
- Must live or work in Indiana at least 51% of the time
- Lived experience, state approved training (48 hours) and proctored exam,
Continuing Education Requirements:
- 40 hours CEU’s every 2 years for renewal (20 per year)
