Requirements:

• Lived experience, completion of state approved training and exam, quaifying work experience
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have demonstrated three years of self-directed recovery 
• Have at least one year of lived recovery and practical experience 

Continuing Education Requirements:

• 40 hours CEU’s every 2 years
