Requirements:

• Lived exerience, completion of state approved training, observation, and exam
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have at least three years of recovery
• Complete 40 hours of supervised work with clients in a behavioral health agency
• Complete an online application

Continuing Education Requirements:

• 40 hours CEU’s every 2 years
